Our process
We approach every film with personal attention in order to ensure every detail in your story is captured, therefore we always include a minimum of 2 videographers. We offer all of our couples a USB drive that includes full coverage of ceremony and reception along with a copy of the highlight film.
After reaching out to us through our Connect page, we will arrange a meeting to discuss your wedding and vision for your films. Afterwards, we will be able to craft a wedding package that serves your needs. Due to local health restrictions we are offering amended pricing for smaller intimate weddings starting at $1,600 through $1,800. Please note that this pricing is not available on holidays. Depending on the length and date of your wedding, our starting full price is at $2,500. If you wish to postpone your event we offer free flexibility as long as we are available. Once the date is locked in, we will remain in contact with you to fine tune any details of your special day. We believe this is essential in building a connection with our couples and capturing your story.
On the day of your wedding we will promptly arrive at the requested location and will have each videographer following the bride and groom. As a safety precaution we will utilize our own PPE and abide by all local and state health guidance. As a solution to current guest number restrictions we offer livestreaming services, please visit our Gallery page for more information. In order for the day to run smoothly we will also be in touch with your coordinator or other vendors.
At the end of your ceremony, we will follow you throughout your photo session capturing beautiful cinematic shots that will be included in your highlight film. If desired, we can block 10 to 15 minutes of your time to record your responses to a few personal questions about you and your partner. The interviews often provide the most memorable quotes in our highlight films!
While you are away in your honeymoon, we will be working hard in crafting your films. Within 6-8 weeks we will send you a private link to view your highlight film and allow you to provide feedback. Once approved, we will mail your wedding film package in a customized flash drive.
FAQ
How long are the videos?
We provide three main films that include a full-length ceremony film and a reception film, which are usually about an hour long, but may vary depending on the length of your event. Finally, the highlight film is about 2-3 minutes that contains footage from your prep, wedding, photoshoot, and reception.
Do you offer live streaming?
Yes! It is a single-camera coverage of your ceremony which your virtual guests can view. For more information visit our Gallery.
Do you provide the raw footage?
Unfortunately, we do not provide the footage, but we assure you we will provide you with a package that captures every moment.
COVID-19 PRECAUTIONS?
Due to COVID-19, many wedding are being postponed or held with limited number of guests. We will monitor the situation and follow local health guidelines while filming. If your wedding is postponed, your contract will remain valid for your new date as long as we are still available. We assure you that we will wear protective gear and maintain a social distance from all guests. If social distancing is not possible or health precautions are not taken, we can discuss ways in which we can still provide service or we will sadly have to decline your wedding.
